Uncooked German style meatloaf with a really fine texture similar to that of bologna.
Cooking Instructions: Defrost, place fleishkase in original aluminum container in a roasting pan or a deep baking pan fill with a 1/4" of water. Preheat oven to 375 degrees, bake for 45min to a 1 hour making sure the internal temperature reaches 150 degrees. You may want to tent the fleishkase with aluminum foil for the last 20 minutes of the baking time depending on how dark and crispy you would like the top.
